I lie awake,
in the dark, alone.
June has found me.
Sometimes
I wish, to call your name into the night.
So you would arrive at my bedside.
I apologize.
I'm no good with goodbyes.
I can't bear looking away.
June has,
found me, restless in the twilight.
Evenings, though calm, are so lonely.
Frizzed hair,
in the heat, and I still can't sleep.
Your absence is killing me, but I can't give up.
You,
found me, on that warm August afternoon.
A lost little boy, under the streetlights.
Don't give up,
we can find paradise, within each other.
Just help me save the walls, while we're apart.
And June,
will come and go, then leave us tired.
Exhausted by her sweet summer grace.

its interesting, but it sort of doesnt make much sence in certain spots... read it out loud to yourself and you will see what im talking about. its sweet though, especially since i know what your talking about......
What I tried doing was personifying June as a person. So you kind of have to picture a sort of personification of June. Or just keep in mind that June is a month, and comes and goes, and it's like a transition month between the rain, and warm, and still some cold, of May and the full blown summer.
I'm also kind of tired.
... I like it. Its going on my wall... If thats okay with you.
Love always,
Me.
That's fine. ^.^
